Photographs in progress of the hand carved decoration for the organ case in St Paul's Cathedral, Minnesota
The construction and carved decoration of the massive organ case in St Paul's Cathedral, in the city of St Paul, Minnesota, continues and we are well into the project for an on time delivery.
Discussions on where the actual organ meets the case have gone smoothly with Quimby Organ and the carved swags (each over 6 feet long) are almost complete
Work in progress: Swags, hand carved by Agrell Architectural Carving
The huge hand carved corbels supporting the two towers are now complete and awaiting their gold leaf finish.
Cody Swanson in Italy is working on the models for the figures that we will use to make our carved statues from.
This is a wonderfully talented team to work with so the project is going smoothly - touch wood!
Construction.
